Becki
Our Claims Specialist, Treatment Plan Coordinator, and Chairside Assistant
With over 13 years of experience in dentistry, Becki is a valued member of the Optima Dental team, serving as our Claims Specialist, Treatment Plan Coordinator, and Chairside Assistant. Her dedication, compassion, and ability to make patients feel comfortable help create a positive experience from start to finish.
One of Becki’s favorite parts of her job is reconnecting with patients at their regular visits and building lasting relationships along the way.
When she’s not at the office, Becki enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, and making memories with her husband and daughter, Georgia.
Gloria
Our Dental Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator
Gloria has been an essential part of our team for the past three years and is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the first smiling face you’ll see at our office! As our Dental Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator, she plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly by managing schedules, supporting patients, and making sure every visit starts and ends on a positive note.
Outside the office, Gloria enjoys live music, time in the kitchen, and discovering great coffee spots. She’s always happiest when surrounded by family and friends.
Andrea
Our Dental Hygienist
Andrea is a proud graduate of Malcolm X City College, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She chose this field out of a genuine passion for oral health education and prevention, as well as the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients while helping them feel confident in their smiles.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Andrea communicates clearly with a diverse range of patients, guiding them toward better oral health with understanding and care. Known for her gentle touch and kind demeanor, she personalizes every visit to ensure comfort, trust, and a positive experience.
Alma
Our Lead Dental Assistant
Alma is a dedicated dental assistant with a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Known for her warm personality and positive energy, she strives to create a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone she cares for.
Outside of the office, Alma enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She loves all things pink, sipping on matcha, and finding joy in the little moments that make life sweet.
Anahi
Our Dental Assistant
Anahi has been a valued member of the Optima Dental family for the past two years! Her warm personality, gentle approach, and caring nature help patients feel comfortable from the moment they meet her.
She especially loves working with children and takes pride in helping even the most nervous little ones feel calm, safe, and confident during their visits. Helping patients leave with a smile is what she enjoys most.
When she’s not at the office, Anahi loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite treats are Kinder Joy chocolate and popcorn (but let’s keep that between us and not tell the dentists!).
